I consider myself to be a simple person.
I don't want to waste time on things that I don't enjoy.
But, I wanted to lose weight.
I had the option of choosing through many programs that gave food "point values" or had me counting calories.
But, I wanted to lose weight, nit be traumatized by the act of eating itself! And I wanted to start now, not after I researched how many calories were in which food.
What's worse, some of the programs want you to know very type of calorie in every food you ate.
I felt like I should be getting a degree in dietary management, not simply trying to get to my ideal weight.
Then I found out that there are some very simple ways to lose weight without needing therapy afterward.
There are actually programs that guide you in a step by step manner and don't make you feel like you should be getting some type of degree.
Just a simple program dedicated to showing me how to lose weight without spending a lot of time on leg work.
So, I used one of those and lost some weight.
I didn't lose my mind trying to figure out algebraic equations on calories or carb counts.
I feel better and in my opinion I look better.
These were my original goals.
I met them and I'm happier for it.
I love to tell my friends about it because I have a lot of female friends, and let's face it, us women are in a constant frenzy about our weight!
